![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The lighting looks wonderful and at times the game can be quite fantastic. The next thing you notice are the graphics in particular. Fortunately, the music selection is fantastic and that deserves praise. There's something about a game's UI which gives it a feeling of newness and unfortunately, it seems that not much has changed since 2018. It is indeed functional but coming from other games, it feels like a step back into an era that we've since passed. I'd read through some complaints in the lead up to release but at the time, my stance on the matter was that it was simply functional. To my surprise, the first thing I noticed in PES 2019 were the menus and I must say, it is very poor. I've had the chance to spend a few hours with the game and below are my impressions. I had also purchased PES 2018 on PC but I stopped playing that approximately 2 weeks after release due to the AI wing issue. I recently purchased PES 2019 on in part to support a second competitor in the marketplace and to spend some time trying out the other game. ![]()
